About these terms
By using updone.in or any MEND SOLUTION product, you agree to these terms.
These pages apply to the updone.in website and to every MEND SOLUTION product, including:
- CAPALY — Safety & CAPA platform (capaly.in)
- GoLeave — College leave approvals (goleave.updone.in)
- HearMe AI — AI meeting transcripts (hearme.updone.in)
- TIDY — Personal Document Management (tidy.updone.in)
- CREST — Student 360° Data & Academic Monitoring (crest.updone.in)
They also apply to the registration, event and institutional platforms MEND SOLUTION builds and runs for clients, such as college fests and sports tournaments. Where your organisation has a separate agreement with MEND SOLUTION, that agreement comes first wherever the two differ.

Your account
- Keep your login details safe and do not share your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up or fill in a form.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If your organisation manages your account, it can change your access or close the account.

Using the products
Please do not:
- try to see, change or delete information you are not allowed to access;
- try to break, overload or get around a product’s security;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the products without our written agreement.

Your content
What you or your organisation add to a product — records, reports, documents, recordings — stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the product for you.
Make sure you have the right to upload it. For example, before uploading a meeting recording, the people in it should know it is being recorded.

Our software
The products, their code and design, and this website belong to MEND SOLUTION. Using a product gives you the right to use it, not to own or copy it.
Some case studies on updone.in describe work done for clients, such as colleges and event organisers. Their names belong to them and are mentioned only to describe that work.

Availability and changes
We work to keep every product running and your information safe, but we cannot promise a product will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance. Features may change as products improve.

Fees
Where a product is paid, the price and billing terms are set out in your organisation’s agreement or order with MEND SOLUTION. Event registration fees are set by the event organiser.

Suspending access
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or their information at risk. Where we can, we will tell you or your organisation first.

Limitation of liability
The products and this website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, MEND SOLUTION is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
