Who we are
MEND SOLUTION is a software company in Tamil Nadu, India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean MEND SOLUTION, and “products” means the software listed below.
These pages apply to the updone.in website and to every MEND SOLUTION product, including:
- CAPALY — Safety & CAPA platform (capaly.in)
- GoLeave — College leave approvals (goleave.updone.in)
- HearMe AI — AI meeting transcripts (hearme.updone.in)
- TIDY — Personal Document Management (tidy.updone.in)
- CREST — Student 360° Data & Academic Monitoring (crest.updone.in)
They also apply to the registration, event and institutional platforms MEND SOLUTION builds and runs for clients, such as college fests and sports tournaments. Where your organisation has a separate agreement with MEND SOLUTION, that agreement comes first wherever the two differ.

Information you give us
Our products have accounts, logins and forms. Depending on the product, we collect:
- Account details — your name, e-mail address and, where the product needs them, your phone number, organisation, department, role, and student or employee ID.
- What you enter in a form — for example a leave or on-duty request, an incident or inspection report, a student profile, or an event or team registration.
- Files and content you upload — for example documents, certificates, meeting recordings, project details and photos.
- Messages you send us — through a contact form or by e-mail.
03
Information from your organisation
Many of our products are used by a college, company or event organiser. That organisation may create your account, add your details — for example a college adding student and faculty records, or a company adding its employees — and decide who in the organisation can see them.
In those cases your organisation decides what is collected and why, and we handle the information on its behalf.
04
Information collected automatically
- Sign-in details — when you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and e-mail address with the product. We never see your Google password.
- Activity records — what a product needs to work, such as when a request was submitted and who approved it.
- Technical logs — your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, kept by our hosting providers to deliver the service and protect it from abuse.
05
How we use it
- To run the product for you and your organisation — sign you in, save your work and show it to the people your role allows.
- To send messages the product needs — confirmations, approval updates, reminders and notifications.
- To produce the reports and dashboards your organisation uses.
- To keep the products secure, fix problems and answer your support requests.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
06
Services we use
Our products run on trusted service providers, who store or process information only to provide their service to us. Depending on the product, these include:
- Hosting and databases — Vercel, Supabase, Firebase and PostgreSQL hosting.
- Sign-in — Supabase Auth and Google sign-in.
- File storage — Backblaze B2 and Cloudflare R2.
- E-mail delivery — SMTP mail services and Google Apps Script.
- Speech-to-text and AI processing — for transcription in HearMe AI.
- Payment providers — for registration fees on platforms that take online payments.
08
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or your organisation uses the product. When you ask us to delete your account, or your organisation stops using the product, we delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it.
09
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If your account is managed by your college or company, contact them first — they control most of your records. Otherwise, write to info@updone.in.

This website (updone.in)
updone.in itself only describes our products: it has no login or forms and uses no analytics or tracking. It keeps your light or dark theme choice in your own browser — see the Cookie Policy.
