Help with a product
If you use CAPALY, GoLeave, HearMe AI, TIDY, CREST or another MEND SOLUTION product and need help, e-mail info@updone.in. To get you an answer faster, include:
- the product name and the address you use it at;
- your organisation or college;
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if you have one.

Login and account problems
If your account was created by your college or company, their admin can usually reset your access fastest. If that does not work, or you signed up yourself, write to info@updone.in from the e-mail address on your account.

To see, correct or delete the information a product holds about you, write to info@updone.in. See the Privacy Policy for how this works.
